A supportive and compassionate space to feel, express, process & move through emotions.
If you are living in a state of overwhelm, are struggling through transitions, or are feeling disconnected from your body, know that you are not alone.
I truly believe there is not one "school of thought" when it comes to therapy. Each session considers the many dimensions of who you are, from a holistic, whole-person perspective. Many say it, though I really mean this. While sessions include traditional talk therapy, the integration of somatic (body) based approaches is prevalent.
My approach is warm, creative, encouraging and safe. I support adults and teens who experience the full range of human emotions, who might be struggling with perfectionism or self-criticism, are navigating dating or relationship dynamics, or want to prioritize personal values and personal lifestyle with career or school.
Whether you are dealing with recent stressors or find relief from old patterns… A space for growth, understanding and self-development.
I'm an advocate for mental health (brain health), self-care, and finding a life-work balance. I’d love to connect with you for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we’re a fit!
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, an any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

I am an "out-of-network provider" and I do not participate with insurance carriers. If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" at the end of each month, that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
